How realistic do the plants look?

We take pride in sourcing "real-touch" greenery. Many of our products feature botanically accurate details, including natural trunk textures, variegated leaf colors, and life-like moss.

Do the plants come with pots?

Most of our plants come in a standard black "nursery pot." This provides stability and allows you to easily place the plant inside a decorative planter of your choice to match your home décor.

Where are you located?

We are proudly based in Orlando, Florida. All orders are processed and managed from our local office.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please contact us at support@greenedecor.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send out a replacement immediately!
