Return & Refund Policy

At Greene Decor, we want your experience to be as stress-free as your new greenery. If you're not 100% satisfied, our self-service Return Center makes the process quick and easy.

1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. How to Start a Return (The 17Track Process)

We do not accept return requests via email. Please use our official Return Center to ensure your request is tracked and processed quickly:

  1. Visit our Return Center: 17Track Return Link Here, e.g.,
  2. Identify Your Order: Enter your Order Number and Email Address associated with the purchase.
  3. Select Items: Choose the items you wish to return and the reason for the return.
  4. Submit: Once submitted, our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.
  5. Ship: After approval, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and the return address.

3. Circumstances for Returns & Refunds

Circumstance Policy Process via 17Track
Change of Mind Accepted within 30 days. Must be in original condition & packaging. Customer pays return shipping.
Damaged / Faulty Full refund or free replacement. Upload photos directly in the Return Center.
Wrong Product Free replacement. Select "Incorrect item received" in the portal.
Never Arrived Refund or reship if 10+ days past ETA. Contact support@greenedecor.com directly.
Cancellations Free before shipping (within 12-24h). Contact support@greenedecor.com immediately.

4. Refund Timeline & Method

  • Inspection: Once your return is received at our Orlando-based hub or partner facility, it will be inspected within 3 business days.
  • Approval: We will notify you via the Return Center and email regarding the status of your refund.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to your original method of payment.
  • Processing Time: Most refunds appear on your bank statement within 5–10 business days after approval.

5. Return Shipping Fees

  • For Defective/Wrong Items: Greene Decor will provide a pre-paid shipping label.
  • For Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Important Notes

  • Original Packaging: Please keep the original boxes for at least 30 days. Artificial trees are large and difficult to ship without the original custom-fit packaging.
  • Orlando Local Drop-off: If you are located near 728 Neuse Ave, you may select "In-person return" in the 17Track portal to skip shipping costs.
