At Greene Decor, we strive to deliver your artificial plants quickly, safely, and with full transparency. Please review our shipping information below.

1. Order Processing & Cut-off Time

  • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (EST - Eastern Standard Time), Monday to Friday.
  • Processing Time (Handling): 1 – 3 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Rest Days: Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or U.S. public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Destinations (Domestic U.S. Only)

We ship nationwide across the United States. All shipping costs and taxes are clearly displayed at the Checkout page before you finalize your purchase.

Standard Shipping (flat rate $6.99):

  • Processing Time: 1 - 3 business days (Monday - Friday).
  • Transit Time: 3 - 7 business days.
  • Free Shipping: Free shipping on all orders over $75.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4 - 10 business days. (We strive to get your order to your door in under a week!)

Carriers Used: USPS (Ground Advantage & Priority Mail), UPS, and FedEx.

3. Sales Tax

Sales tax will be applied to your order at checkout in accordance with local and state laws based on your shipping address.

4. Shipping Origin & Tracking

  • Origin: All orders are shipped from our fulfillment centers within the United States.
  • Carriers: We partner with UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure reliable delivery.
  • Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can monitor your package on our Track Your Order page. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to sync.

5. Missing, Lost, or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. Please provide:

  • Your Order Number (#GD-XXXX).
  • Confirmed Shipping Address.
  • Photos of the area (if reporting theft or damage).

6. Important Notes

  • Incorrect Address: Greene Decor is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer at checkout.
  • Oversized Items: Premium artificial trees arrive in oversized boxes. Please ensure a safe location is available for delivery.
