At Greene Decor, we strive to deliver your artificial plants quickly, safely, and with full transparency. Please review our shipping information below before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

  • Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.
  • Rest Days: Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or U.S. public holidays.

We ship nationwide across the United States. As an Orlando-based business, we take pride in offering expedited service to our fellow Floridians.

Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners located within the United States to ensure the fastest possible delivery to your doorstep.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on our website using our Track Your Order Page (powered by 17Track). Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to sync.

Missing, Lost, or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, or if your package is significantly delayed, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

Please provide:

  • Your Order Number (#GD-XXXX)
  • Confirmed Shipping Address
  • Photos of the area (if reporting theft or damage)

We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.

Important Notes

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your address at checkout. Greene Decor is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Large Items: Due to the size of our premium artificial trees, these may arrive in oversized boxes. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
